No Win No Fee

No Win No Fee allows people from any financial background or standing to make personal injury claims and receive the full compensation that they are entitled to.

No Win No Fee simply means that if you lose your case, you will not have to pay your solicitor anything. Your appointed solicitor will accept a conditional fee agreement and will not charge you if your claim is unsuccessful.

How do I make a claim?

Very simply, if you were involved in an accident in the last 3 years and choose to contact Guardian First for guidance, you will be appointed a solicitor who will oversee your claim.

He will then negotiate the amount of compensation you will receive if your case is successful. You will also always keep 100% of the financial compensation awarded to you should your case be successful.

What happen if I lose my case?

Should you lose your claim you will not have to pay anything for our services.

Prior to making a claim, your solicitor will discuss legal fees. In circumstances where your solicitor feels that you are not likely to win, they may advise you to withdraw your claim. If you choose to withdraw your claim at that point, you will not have to pay any legal fees.
